⚡ FLASH FIX

Some customers with earlier TRADE DECK versions may find that, when customizing the device with SDCX Tech or set.key-trade.net, it shows up as “Bootloader” instead of “SIDE-KEYBOARD”. This happens when the device gets locked during customization. TRADE DECK comes configured from the factory and does not need to be modified, except for TradingView integration.

Don't worry. You can recover it with our FLASH FIX tool. Connect your TRADE DECK to your PC, open the Flash tool and reinstall the firmware to unlock it.

FAQ

Can I use the same EA for PRO and MINI?

No. Each device has its own software version and configuration.

The MINI EA does not work on the PRO, and the PRO EA does not work on the MINI.

Can I use the Trade Deck software without the device?

For now, the Trade Deck software is only available to customers with a Trade Deck PRO or MINI device.
