1. Who we are

The website tradedeckofficial.com and the store "Trade Deck" (the "Store") are operated by Adrián Fernández Rey, Spanish national ID (DNI/NIF) 02303750R, trading as "Trade Deck", with address at Calle Cefeo 16, 28938 Móstoles, Madrid, Spain. 2. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all use of the Store and to every purchase made through it. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

3. Products

We sell programmable keypads designed to trigger keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys) in trading and other software. Compatibility depends on each third-party platform supporting hotkeys or add-ons; platform names and logos belong to their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Product images are illustrative; small differences in appearance may occur.

4. Not financial advice

Our products are tools that execute the commands you choose. They do not provide investment advice or signals. Trading involves significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your platform settings and the orders sent from your device.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any import charges collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions indicated.

6. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability; if so, any payment already made will be refunded in full. The contract language is English.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the goods.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and we also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused items. The conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Legal guarantee

Our products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). If a product is faulty, contact us at keytradesstore@gmail.com and we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with the law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits or losses caused by third-party platforms, brokers, internet connections or incorrect device configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Store (texts, images, designs, software and trademarks) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

12. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence. We are happy to resolve any issue directly: write to keytradesstore@gmail.com.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
