Not happy? Return your Trade Deck device within 30 days of delivery and get your money back. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example by email to keytradesstore@gmail.com) before the 14 days have passed. You may handle the product as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning; if it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. This right applies to all products, including discounted items.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier.

How to return an item

  1. Email keytradesstore@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We will reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
  3. Send the item to: Calle Cefeo 16, 28938 Móstoles, Madrid, Spain.

You pay the cost of sending the item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to process it.

Faulty items

If you believe your device is faulty, contact us at keytradesstore@gmail.com and send it back to us (you pay the return shipping). When we receive it, we test it:

  • If it is faulty, we repair, replace or refund it, and we also refund your return shipping cost. Products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish law.
  • If it works correctly, we send it back to you and the shipping costs in both directions are paid by you.
