Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, usually within 1–3 business days. When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at keytradesstore@gmail.com.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs checks, weather, carrier delays and public holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are always shown before you pay. Any free-shipping offer is clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless they are shown and charged at checkout, these charges are paid by the customer.

Shipping protection (€2.99)

You can add optional shipping protection for €2.99 in the cart. If your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen, email keytradesstore@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged) and we will reship or refund your order.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
